First I would like to congratulate you on your victory. There is something that has been on my mind for quite sometime and I have a request for you and the Tibetan parliament.
As you know, Tibetan communities in western counties are facing a serious problem with the deterioration of the Tibetan language.
Our organization has had experience with this working on projects focused on Tibetan Children's education. I truly believe that the only way to reverse this situation is for the office Tibet and Tibetan Community Organizations to use the Tibetan language equally as much as the language of the community they are residing in in exile. To do this the members of the Tibetan Parliament needs to pass legislation. Then CTA needs to make sure to implement that legislation within every Tibetan Organizations. If we are able to do that then this can safeguard the Tibetan communities and the language from extinction. Therefore I hope you raise this important topic in the parliament in order to make this legislation
