༄༅།། ངས་རྒྱུན་དུ་ང་ཚོ་བོད་རིགས་ཀྱིས་རང་གི་སྐད་ཡིག་སྦྱང་དགོས་པ་འདུག་ཅེས་གང་ས་གང་དུ་སྐད་རྒྱག་གི་ཡོད། ཏོག་ཙམ་ཡར་རྒྱས་ཕྱིན་ཡོད་ཀྱང་ཡག་པོ་རང་མི་འདུག འདོད་པ་ཚིམ་པོ་ཞིག་མི་འདུག ཚང་མས་བོད་ཡིག་དེ་ཡག་པོ་ཞིག་སྦྱོངས་རོགས།
"Wherever I go, I always ask Tibetans to study Tibetan. The situation is improving, but it is still not what it should be. Please everybody, study Tibetan!"
